HAVEN & Nathan HALL
HUSBAND & WIFE DUO / BREATHWORK MASTERY / MINDSET & LIFE ALIGNMENT / PARENTS OF ONE
Meet Haven and Nathan Hall, a husband-and-wife duo passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and create lives that feel more aligned with who they are and what matters most.
Haven is a Breathwork Mastery (RBM) Practitioner and Life Alignment Coach, while Nathan is a Qualified Personal Trainer and Mindset Coach. Together, they combine breathwork, personal development, movement and mindset to support meaningful, lasting change.
Their approaches are shaped by their own lived experiences, wins, failures and everything they’ve learnt along the way, all contributing to the ongoing process of consciously creating a life they genuinely feel good about.
As partners in life and parents to their daughter, they understand the importance of creating space for yourself amongst the many demands of everyday life. Through GOLDEN HOURS, they invite you to create the support and nourishment available to help you thrive.
What to expect at GOLDEN HOURS?
We’ll begin by settling in and setting a personal intention for your breathwork session, exploring what feels most alive for you and what you’re wanting to call in. From there, Haven will guide you through a full 90-minute breathwork cycle using a gentle, conscious and connected breath.
As we breathe, thoughts, emotions, memories and old patterns can come into awareness, offering an opportunity to release and resolve experiences from the past that may be getting in the way of our intentions, and to anchor in new reference points. We’ll also leave time afterwards to debrief and integrate your experience… or, as Haven likes to say, reap the gold of the session.
After the breathwork, we’ll gather around a delicious plant-based dinner prepared by Nathan. For us, nourishment goes beyond the ingredients on your plate. We believe the way food is prepared matters too—the intention, care and presence that go into creating a meal are all part of the experience. It’s an opportunity to slow down, enjoy food made with love, and share meaningful conversation in good company.
All in all, GOLDEN HOURS is an opportunity to expand your understanding of yourself, open up to new perspectives, connect with your community and create more space for the life you want to live.
“In time, this self revealing process frees the breather from past limiting concepts and beliefs. The startling clarity emerges - ‘everything that I have believed to be true about myself and the world from the start of my life, may not have to be true for me now'.”
—Alakh Analda, Founder of Breathwork Mastery.

QUESTIONS?
-
RBM is a conscious, connected body and breath process. Each session includes setting a personal intention, around 90 minutes of breathwork, and a debrief afterwards.
This full, conscious and gentle breath allows what's been held down by the breath itself to arise—thoughts, pains, memories—freeing you from old decisions, conditioning and limiting beliefs. This can also include not only the imprints from your birth, your time in-utero and early infancy… but all ranges of experiences on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels (whatever that may mean to you).
What emerges is a new perspective, and a point of choice. A chance to act instead of react. And an opportunity for your intentions to land in ways you may have never imagined.
-
Breathwork Mastery (RBM) is a gentle, parasympathetic practice that's safe for most people as it is completely guided by YOU. We invite you to make the session your own, and to create the comfort and support you need throughout.
That said, if you have any concerns about physical or mental health conditions, we’d love for you to reach out before registering. Haven is happy to discuss whether this practice feels appropriate for you and answer any questions.
-
This is parasympathetic, gentle, and completely self-generated breathwork. It's not about activation, breath-holding, or forcing anything to happen. We trust your body's intelligence and work at the pace that feels safe for your nervous system. The process is agenda-free… your body and breath leads the way, and we support you through that journey.
-
Due to the nature of our sessions, events and offerings, we’re unable to offer refunds on purchases made. However, we understand that plans can change, so we aim to offer flexibility where possible. If you’re unable to attend a booked session or event, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else or receive credit towards a future experience.
